Ordering Information

NuCycle's web based ordering system shows a direct cost comparison with other large office suppliers on 4000 items. You can search products and order without an account by using a credit card. If you need an account with invoice billing, request one by selecting the Contact Us tab. 

 

NuCycle's Product Offering

NuCycle sells technology and office products with a focus on cost and environmentally friendly toner and ink jet cartridges. We have produced compatible cartridges since 1974. We also offer OEM cartridges for most popular machines. NuCycle also specializes in the repair of Brother, HP and several other printers fax and copiers. We urge you to try our environmentally friendly NuCycle Brand and recycled products, but recognize your right to choose OEM and standard products. 

 

How do we offer such Low Prices?

We dare to compare!

Technology products including print cartridges tend to make up more than 50% of the office product purchases for most organizations. We produce our own compatible series of cartridges and thus cut out the middleman from a large portion of the cost for items typically sold by big box retailers. We check the "Big" three's retail prices bi-weekly and post the results alongside our own offering so you can make an informed decision. We deliver in-stock products typically within two days of order in the South East and within three in almost the entire US using our four associated warehouses.  

 

Can we get Special Prices and Web Services?

NuCycle is happy to pass on volume discounts and meet the needs of education and government users. Our Electronic Commerce site can easily meet the needs of complex organizations with services such as central order approvals setting up multiple cost centers as well as budget controls and reports.  Use the Contact Us feature to inquire with our Sales Department.

 

What are your shipping and return policies?

Our minimum order of $25.00 helps us cover handling costs to hold overall prices down.  Orders under $54.99. are subject to $10.00 shipping fee.  Office product orders $55.00 and over ship free, with the exception of copy paper.  Heavier items including printers and furniture are subject to shipping charges if not in the local delivery area. Return authorizations will be issued by calling customer care during the 30 days following delivery of the item. Item must be in original packaging.
