     Thanks so much for the next day delivery on the Samsung Cartridges for my Samsung CLP300 Color Laser Printer. You were better than your word and saved me more than $100.00 on a set of cartridges over the nearby Office Superstore ((Name edited)), in fact they recomended NuCycle to me. How funny that they knew where to send me to save money on my supplies, I thought that's what they specialized in
     I use the cartridges for a record keeping service and in these times savings like this are hard to find. I am recomemding NuCycle to everyone I know that uses cartridges and office supplies. Please use me for a recomendation anytime.

I would like to say how wonderful the guys a NuCycle treated me the other day. I called to ask if they repaired printers and was told by Robert Menard that yes, they did, but my printer probably wasn't worth fixing. He told me to bring it by and he would be happy to take a look at it for me. I did and Robert and a couple other guys checked it out and discovered a tiny rock that had fallen inside. Well, embarrassed as I was, they all just laughed and were very kind. Not only do they offer wonderful customer service, I have now found a new place to buy cartridges. I had just replaced mine and they would have been much cheaper at NuCycle. Thanks to everyone who was so nice !!

My HP 4020 is wonderful. I still can't believe how quickly the printed copy comes out of the machine. I have noticed a big difference between the 4020 and the HP LaserJet 5 when I print a scanned document. With the HP 5 I use to wait at least 60 seconds and sometimes much longer for the document to be printed, now it prints in a matter of seconds.

I so appreciate the time you spent with me in making this decision--and you were absolutely correct to invest in a refurbished printer rather than spend money to fix my HP5.

I have already told several people about my "new printer" and one friend said that she will be contacting your company when she has the need to replace hers.

In October 2008 Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace, Realtors purchased six HP printers for the agent workroom at the Bearden Hill location. NuCycle prepared a plan that would reduce the cost to print the myriad of pages needed in real estate transactions by more than 20% over our current process. With the state of the real estate market we need to conserve all our capital, NuCycle showed us a way to do this as well as be come more environmentally friendly with our printing.

Just wanted to drop an email to compliment your store on Middlebrook Pike on the helpful and friendly people. I know more about my printer now than the instruction would have every told me. It's nice to find a computer related store that will give you the straight story - good or bad.

Nucycle service and equipment

To Whom It May Concern:

I just wanted to take a moment to comment on the printers, printing supplies, and service we at Farragut H.S. have received from Nucycle over the past year since they have become one of our service providers. They have the best prices on printers and printer supplies that I have found anywhere. Last year we began buying printer and toner cartridges from Nucycle because they offered such great prices and delivery time. When we began having printer problems these past couple of months, we called Nucycle and discovered that they offered refurbished printers at fantastic prices and they even offered to take the non-working printers as trade-ins for an even better price. In most cases we received the replacement printer the next day. It can be very frustrating being without printing abilities and Nucycle has saved us this frustration. We are happy to have them as a vendor and look forward to continued support from them.
